Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. The church is also the pastor's director in the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online publications and is an author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Ever-changing truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three children.
